How the Usage Limit Works
Whenever you come within 90 percent of your limit your CogniDial account is MARKED to be charged. Your card will not be charged right away. CST processes credit card charges several times in a day. Payment processing can take up to 8 hours. If you exceed your limit before we can charge your card, only that particular ANI line will be temporarily deactivated until payment has been processed successfully. To avoid temporary deactivation we strongly suggest that you increase your ANI limit to the estimated monthly usage amount. In addition, if your ANI Line Usage limit is too low you may end up with multiple charges to your credit card for a single month.
